Vitamins...
Check with your GP before taking any Vitamins Please
Multi Vitamins are not a good idea in my opinion.They contain a lot of great vitamins but in too smaller dosage.
5-HTP is what i take and it has worked for me. I take one (100mg tablet)in the morning and one about half an hour before my last meal. It takes a while to get into your system but it does stop you feeling as hungry but you can find out more just click the link below...
I also take a 1000mg tablet of vitamin C this just keeps the immune system working and that is it.
I know a lot of people rave about Hoodia but i don't fancy it and it is very expensive to buy about £45 where as 5-HTP is about £9 from good health stores.
