Diet Fiction..The Truth Diary

I have lost alot of weight and then put it on but i am in the process of loosing it again and doing well. I have no magic secret just a few tips to share and to tell you the truth of what does work and what doesn't.

Breakfast:

Yes we all know this is the most important meal of the day but i am sorry there is no way i can eat a breakfast and not spend the rest of the day munching so i do something a little different.

Cup of Tea or Coffee if you wish and i take my vitamins then after about half an hour i have a piece of fruit i love apples so i will have an apple then as soon as i have finished i have a large glass of water but sip it slowly or it makes you feel sick. If i get hungry before lunch i just have a diet coke or peppermint tea i know it sounds yuck but try it ....It is quite nice.

Lunch:

Lunch is no big deal i have spent the morning drinking water and going up and down the stairs to the loo so i don't feel hungry but you must have something. I have fruit and a yogurt or a small bowl of special K Berry Bliss this is my favorite food at the moment ,it is filling and tastes divine but you could have a cup of soup. I avoid anything heavy so if you are out and about grab a sandwich but keep it under 200 cal's and as little fat as possible.

You may get the afternoon munchies i know i do so i have chewing gum then if i still feel i could eat the fridge i have a cup of tea or coffee and i have a rich tea biscuit but only the one this is something sweet so it helps to keep your sugar levels up.

Evening Meal:

Now this is where it gets hard and as i have said this is just something i do and if it is too extreme for you or you are feeling ill please don't do this i am healthy but overweight and this is my choice and now it is your choice if you want to do this.
For my evening meal i make sure everyone else has eaten their meals (I have a husband and a young daughter) then i make a hot drink and have a medium bowl of that yummy special K and i sit down and i eat it very slowly drinking the hot drink also and i find i feel like i have had something substantial for my meal. Then for the rest of the evening it is will power alone that stops me munching and this isn't easy so i will be writing a diary that will be updated so i won't be sat there feeling hungry.

That is it to be honest and the only other thing i do is try to have a mad hour of dancing or spring cleaning a day so i know i am burning off more than i eat and that is what works for me.

I will increase the exercise once i have lost some of the fat covering the muscles because until that goes the only six pack i will get is from the supermarket.

I know what you are thinking right now..How much have i been loosing ? Don't worry i am not a mind reader i know i would ask the same question.

I have been doing this for a month now and on average i have lost 3kg a week that's almost 7 lb but i know it will slow down a little but who cares it is coming off and i feel great.
