We have all been there we have all tired it and lets be honest it is a multi billion pound industry.
They sell something we would all love to buy and that is a quick fix to weight loss but I am going to be honest with you and in the long run save you thousands of pounds.
“ I am sorry but there is no quick fix”
Don’t panic I had to be honest but I have a life time of diet experience that is free and won't make you loose the use of your bowls or have anything strange happen to your insides.
Fact 1): If you want to loose weight you have to burn of the calories you consume.
That is the main fact of a diet..Easy isn't it? Well No . If it was that easy we would all be our ideal weight but i have some great tips for you and together we will do this.
What the experts say.
Eat 3 meals a day
5 Portions of fruit and veg
Drink plenty of water
Don't eat after 6pm
Exercise in the morning and the evening etc etc
If i eat 3 meals a day i don't loose weight it is that simple i have to cut down what i eat and this is how i loose weight.
I like to stick to a simple diet with no fuss and no hassle and this is what works for me and it is my option and if you want to try this diet that is your choice and i can only express one thing to you do not starve this won't work and when you start to eat you won't be able to stop plus it will ruin your body in the long run.
