Machining

Utilising the latest 3D CAD / CAM Software our machining
section is able to receive customer drawings
either on paper, or via email in any one of the popular CAD
file formats.

These CAM file can then be directly loaded onto the CNC
Controlled Lathes or Milling Machines.


Our capacities are as follows: 

  • 2x Manual Milling Machines.
  • Upto 750mm Long and 300mm Height / Width .
  • 2x CNC Butler Elgamills (T Type) with Heidenhain control.
  • Upto 2.1m Length x 750mm Wide x 1m high. With a weight
    capacity of 5 tons. 
  • 6x 5 Axis Swedturn CNC Lathes
  • From 100mm to 650mm Diameter on rings and
    350mm x 1.7m on bars. With a weight capacity of 2kg to 1 ton.
  • 36" Webster Bennet Virtical Borer
  • Kairns-Richards SH75 Horizontal Borer.

We are highly experience in machining the widest possible variety of
materials ranging from carbon steels to nickel, cobalt and titanium based
alloys.
