give you all the facts prior to making the decision if you home school or not.

We are not opposed to mainstream schooling but we feel that there is very little understanding or support
for parents when the decision of home schooling has been made. It is no longer a taboo subject and should
be viewed with an open mind.

Meet the Directors of YHS UK

Tracy Stafford MCITP

My name is Tracy Stafford and I am one of the directors of YHS UK.
I did not choose to home school my daughter but after being let down by the education system and a local
school I was left with no other choice.
As a freelance Web Designer I know how lucky I was to be able to move my working hours to accommodate
home schooling but to be honest it wasn't easy. Home schooling is a full time commitment that requires a
lot of patience and hard work.

Emma Palmer

My name is Emma Palmer and i am a director of YHS UK.

I never chose to home school Rhea. I wanted her in school but after a major personal upheaval and no
support from her school, a bad dose of separation anxiety and school phobia i had no choice but to home
school.

It has been a change in my life that has taken some adjusting to but one i do not regret.
